Product/Prize will be shipped via a Tracked service, we will require your email and contact number so you can receive tracking updates. Pallets will be delivered to your front door/driveway/kerbside, contents will have to be moved into your property without assistance from the driver/courier; please note, once handed to the courier we will not be held responsible for any damages sustained, if any issues arise, we will need pictures of packaging, items, proof of receipt, proof of damage etc to make a claim within 24 hours of accepting the delivery.
